Outdoor Facilities: Golf The Clarens Country House guests are invited to play golf on The Clarens Country House homeowner’s card. Our guests pay only R145 for 18 holes of golf. (Non-members usually pay R300 for 18 holes of golf.) Guest golf vouchers are available at reception. Clarens Brewery Enjoy a pint of the finest local Craft Brew in the Free State, and possibly the country. As one of our guests, you are invited to enjoy a glass of free beer or cider. (Vouchers at reception.) Adventure White water rafting, abseiling, archery, zipline and quad biking. You can do it all in Clarens with Clarens Xtreme. The Clarens Country House can also arrange discounted rates for groups staying with us during the week. Hiking We highly recommend hiking in The Clarens Village Conservancy. There are trails to suit everyone, and maps are available from The Clarens Country House reception.
